諸葛亮字孔明,琅琊陽都人氏。亮少年有超群之才,英霸之器,身長八尺,容貌魁偉躬耕於龍畝,不求聞達,時人莫測也。帷潁川徐元直,與亮友善。
劉備屯於新野,徐謂備曰,諸葛孔明臥龍也。備遂詣亮,凡三顧乃見亮於隆中,諮亮以當事之事,答覆甚詳,備知亮非常人也。遂解帶寫誠,厚相結納,以亮為軍師,後拜亮為相,秉扶漢室,繼絕興微,志在靖亂,爰整旅師,無步不征,神武赫然,威振八方,建殊勳於季漢之軍政,當相國後,揮職善積,撫百姓,示儀軌,約官職,從權制,開誠心,佈公道,盡忠於時者,雖仇必賞。
犯法怠慢者,雖親必罰。服罪輸情者,雖重必釋。游辭巧飾者,雖輕必戮。
善無微而不賞,惡無悔而不貶。庶事精練,物理其本,循名責實,虛偽不齒,終於邦城之內,威畏而愛之。其行政雖嚴而無怨者,用心公平而勤戒謹明也。
故此堪稱識治之良才,經綸滿腹,智略非凡,百戰而無不克,其志在匡扶漢室,豈容三分鼎立,獻精誠而表出師,以鞠躬盡瘁,忠貞之至。亙古稱為天下第一軍師。

The legend of Zhuge Liang
Zhuge Liang, also named Conming, was from Lang-Ye, Yang-Du. He was born to have great and excellent talents from normal people. He had outstanding external talents from normal people. He had outstanding external appearance, was tall as eight feet, with wonderful looking, studied and farmed in his hometown, he didn’t seek for great success, and he was a very deep and knowledgeable person. He had good friend, Like Xu Shu told Liu Bei that Zhuge Liang had great abilities, Liu Bei would like to meet Conming, so he tried to meet him personally for three times in Longzhong, by the time Conming analyzed the world affairs with Liu Bei, and had ample responses and suggestions to Liu Bei, because of this, Liu Bei came to realize that Conming was not a ordinary person. In the wake of the meeting with him, he decided to ask for Conming’s assistance as a chancellor and military adviser to rule han dynasty.

The mission is to reverse the turmoil and reorganize the troops, no matter where he went; he made achievements of military affairs. After he became the military adviser, he had fulfilled his duty and influenced people, he made inventions and assign positions for military soldier, set up the rules, and he was generous to his subordinates. He would reward the dutiful people who were his enemy. For those people who didn’t follow the rules, he would punish them, disregarding of the relationships. For those people acknowledged their crimes, he will release them. And he would punish people who were not honest and lied. For the good that didn’t affect anything, he would not reward it. For the bad that people didn’t have regrets, he would not make fun of it.

Conming was very capable for his position as a military chancellor. And he would not tell lies to people. In the end, within these nation territories, people would respect and admire him. The Laws were severe and scarcely someone complain about it. He was fair for all matters and with serious manners and behaviors.

Conming is highly regarded as a great person with capabilities to manage his soldiers and troops, with ample knowledge. He conquered many battles and wars. His purpose was to revive han dynasty, seeking for the solutions of changing the three kingdoms situation, Conming contributed his life to Lui Bei until he pasted away. He is widely regarded as the greatest military chancellor in Chinese history.

 

‧馬‧前‧課‧
「馬前課」相傳為諸葛孔明於軍旅倥總閒暇之際,依周易掛算,推演未來的政局。自第一課起,孔明即知自己「無力回天,鞠躬盡瘁」, 並預知蜀國終將亡於「八千女鬼」的魏國。馬前課共計十四課,每一課暗喻一個朝代。自三國以來,至清朝滅亡,有歷史資料,足以佐證預言, 其精準度,令人嘆為觀止。 民國以後,由於尚未「蓋棺論定」,所以很難確定所言者何。不過由於每個人對預言的參悟皆不盡相同,所以本課之「解釋」僅為參考之用。
第一課
無力回天 鞠躬盡瘁 陰居陽拂 八千女鬼

【釋】前句指的是諸葛孔明本身。在漢朝淪亡之後,中原成三分天下的局面。魏佔有黃河流域,蜀據有長江上游和雲南、貴州一帶, 吳則握有長江下游及珠江流域。後段「八千女鬼」,即為「魏」拆字,亦即預言:諸葛孔明鞠躬盡瘁之後,蜀將降於魏國。
第二課
火上有火 火燭中土 稱名不正 江東有虎

【釋】「火上有火」,為「炎」的拆字,即指司馬炎篡魏建立晉朝,但由於江東的吳國並未征服,是以未能統一局面。

第三課
擾擾中原 山河無主 二三其位 木終草始

【釋】晉朝滅亡以後,中國陷於南北朝對峙的局面,史稱「前五代」,即南朝的宋、齊、粱、陳以及北朝的隋。本課即預言這段兵荒馬亂的時代。 「木終」似乎暗指楊氏的隋朝滅亡,而「草始」似乎取其草字頭,暗示蕭道成篡宋建立齊國。

第四課
十八男兒 起於太原 動則得解 日月麗天

【釋】「十八男兒」即為「李」的拆字,從歷史來看,便是唐高祖李淵滅隨,建立唐朝。後半句似指李世民討平群雄,統一天下,得以建立唐朝輝煌聖業。
 

第五課
五十年中 其數有八 小人道長 生靈荼毒

【釋】唐朝滅亡之後,中國歷史進入「後五代」的局面,即為後粱、後唐、後晉、後漢、與後周。五代帝王計有八姓,留下了五十多年紛爭割據的歷史。
五代時期,尚有許多勢力存在,歷史上稱為「十國」。
第六課
惟生天水 順天應人 剛中柔外 土乃生金

【釋】「惟天生水」,天水即為趙匡胤的郡號,他在陳橋為將士擁立為帝,即為宋太祖。「土乃生金」似暗示「金」兵入主中國。宋朝至徽欽兩帝, 先後為金人所擄;宋高宗乃即位南京,是為南宋。朝中雖有忠臣,如岳飛、文天祥等,無奈小人用事,宋亡,華夏盡為元朝所有。
 

第七課
一元復始 以剛處中 五五相傳 爾西我東

【釋】「一元復始」指元朝入主中國,以剛硬之手,治理漢人。「五五相傳」,謂元朝不出十主即亡。且東征西討,叛變之事層出不窮,元朝遂告瓦解。
 

第八課
日月麗天 其色若赤 綿綿延延 凡十六葉

【釋】「日月麗天」,日月即為「明」的拆字;「其色若赤」,亦即為「朱」,暗喻朱元璋滅元建立「明朝」。後句「綿綿延延 凡十六葉」, 指自明太祖至明思宗亡國,共計十六主。

第九課
水月有主 古月為君 十傳絕統 相敬若賓

【釋】「水月有主」即為「清」的拆字;「古月為君」,古月為胡,即胡人入主中國,亦即清朝取代明朝。「十傳絕統」指自清世祖入關至末帝溥儀退位,
共計十主。「相敬若賓」,意指國民政府善待清室,並溶五族為一家。

第十課
豕後牛前 千人一口 五二倒置 朋來無咎

【釋】本課似在預言民國初年的局勢,由於近代歷史尚未有所論定,是以未敢臆測。但從字裏行間來看,前段似在暗示,初年政局受制於軍閥, 人多雜,議論紛紛。後段可能是 國父退位,袁世凱繼任臨時大總統,後又竊篡帝位,是以本末顛倒。然而,國際間相繼承認中華民國,是以朋來無咎。
 

第十一課
四門乍闢 突如其來 晨雞一聲 其道大衰

【釋】本課似暗喻日本侵華。所謂「晨雞一聲」,晨雞似指旭日,猶如日本國旗。我國突受侵襲,恰如四門乍闢,八年抗戰,國道大衰。
 

第十二課
拯患救難 是唯聖人 陽復而治 晦極生明

【釋】事關未來,不敢臆測,希讀者自行體悟,唯黎明即將到來,聖賢復出,晦極生明。

第十三課
賢不遺野 天下一家 無名無德 光耀中華

【釋】謂中國即將統一,太平盛世當重臨我中華民國,並在國際舞台上,佔有舉足輕重的地位。

第十四課
占得此課 易數乃終 前古後今 其道無窮

【釋】諸葛孔明的預言,至此為止,然而易經掛數的變化無窮,自此以後,則待候人的預判了。
